[Apple] macOS 硬盘盒安装系统 - 硬盘 unsafe shutdown 问题

朋友们，最近我买了个固态硬盘盒装了个系统在里面挂在自己的 M4 mini 上，但是遇到了几个问题：

1. 当我重启电脑的时候，硬盘盒被断电了增加了固态硬盘的 unsafe shutdown 次数；
2. 当我电脑休眠的时候，硬盘盒也断电了，也会增加固态硬盘的 unsafe shutdown 次数；

不知道有没有老哥在硬盘盒安装 macOS 的时候注意过这类问题，应该如何避免呢？
